As a Claims Payee Verification Specialist (Spanish Speaker), you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of bank details for claims payments. You’ll work closely with claims handlers, Insurance Broker Accounting (IBA) team members, and senior stakeholders to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial crime policies. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will allow you to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients across the business.
How you'll make an impact:
- Verify and confirm the authenticity of bank details and receipt methods.
- Conduct call‑back verifications with payees or authorised representatives.
- Collaborate with claims handlers and IBA colleagues to resolve verification issues.
- Manage callback records, ensuring they are prioritised and meet service level agreements.
- Provide training and support to less experienced team members.
- Uphold Gallagher’s commitment to integrity and compliance with financial crime policies.
About You:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
