Pen Underwriting is looking to hire a data technician within the Business Operations team. The Business Operations team are responsible for the management and oversight of data ingestion across the Pen underwriting business. It is the role of the team to ensure that data is collected, processed, and uploaded into our core systems efficiently and accurately.
As an integral part of the team, the role will be responsible for monitoring data quality, troubleshooting issues with our supporting brokers and resolving queries efficiently. The role extends to delivering reporting to our insurer partners and internal stakeholders.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and who is adept at balancing multiple priorities and meeting monthly deadlines. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute towards process improvements.
