As a Pensions Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid pensions.
How you'll make an impact:- Administering the full pension lifecycle, including both automated and manual calculations.
- Drafting correspondence and reports for scheme members and clients with precision.
- Running pensioner payrolls and supporting the Client Executive team.
- Liaising with scheme members via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring professional and efficient query resolution.
- Handling non-standard client and member queries with confidence.
- Collaborating with team members and building strong relationships with supporting teams.
- Providing support to team members and assisting the Team Leader as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administering Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes (advantageous).
- A willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
- Excellent prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
