As a Development Executive, you’ll focus on connecting with clients in the Life Sciences sector. You’ll be the first point of contact, understanding their needs and introducing them to our technical experts who deliver bespoke solutions.

Your role will include:

  • Actively seeking new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Using Gallagher’s tools and resources to identify and engage with prospects.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
  • Representing Gallagher with professionalism and integrity, building trust with clients.

About You

  • Has experience in insurance sales and a proven track record of generating leads and meeting targets.
  • Is passionate about the Life Sciences sector and eager to develop expertise in this field.
  • Excels in communication, negotiation, and building relationships.
  • Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives on creating opportunities.
  • Is working towards or has achieved Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII).
  • Is confident using business tools and systems.
  • Is eligible to work in the UK and can travel.
