Weâre looking for a Revenue Retention & Growth Tender Manager to join our Housing team in Chelmsford. This hybrid role is all about protecting and retaining our valued clients in the Housing sector. Youâll lead the way in managing competitive renewals, tenders, and procurement processes, ensuring our clients see the value we bring.

- Lead renewals and tenders: Manage formal procurement and tender processes, ensuring compliance and highâquality submissions.

- Drive retention strategies: Work with teams to develop plans that keep our clients with us.
- Use your insurance expertise: Apply your knowledge of housingârelated risks to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate and influence: Work closely with internal teams and insurers to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
About You:
- Youâve got experience with procurement and tender processes, ideally in the Housing or regulated sectors.
- Youâre a skilled writer who can turn complex information into clear, engaging content.
- You have strong technical insurance knowledge, especially in areas like property, liability, and risk management.
- Youâre a natural organiser, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Youâre a confident communicator who can influence and build strong relationships.
Compensation and benefits:
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to âbuyâ extra days.
