Ready to make a difference in travel insurance? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Travel Recovery Claims Handler to join our team. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, helping clients recover their travel-related losses quickly and efficiently.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Managing new claims on our system and carrying out initial checks
  • Investigating cases and speaking with clients, third parties, and representatives
  • Negotiating settlements to recover costs
  • Making sure all work meets company processes, client expectations, and targets
  • Keeping records accurate and handling financial transactions correctly
  • Supporting the team to deliver great service and results

About You:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
  • A Law degree or insurance qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience in claims, insurance, or legal recovery work (travel-related is a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and able to adapt when priorities change
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
