Ready to make a difference in travel insurance? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Travel Recovery Claims Handler to join our team. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, helping clients recover their travel‑related losses quickly and efficiently.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Managing new claims on our system and carrying out initial checks
- Investigating cases and speaking with clients, third parties, and representatives
- Negotiating settlements to recover costs
- Ensuring all work meets company processes, client expectations, and targets
- Keeping records accurate and handling financial transactions correctly
- Supporting the team to deliver great service and results
About You:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- A Law degree or insurance qualification would be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience in claims, insurance, or legal recovery work (travel‑related is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
- Organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible and able to adapt when priorities change
- Eligibility to work in the UK
