How you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate with lead consultants to provide outstanding support to our corporate clients.
- Take the lead in managing client accounts, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring their pension and employee benefit needs are met and exceeded.
- Organise and participate in governance meetings and create clear, engaging communications for employers and employees.
- Assist with pension scheme reviews, implementations, and ensure clients remain compliant with regulations while offering expert guidance on salary exchange and other benefits.

About you:
- Proven experience supporting Corporate or Defined Contribution clients or handling administration work.
- Solid understanding of auto‑enrolment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Organised, proficient in MS Office, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
