How you’ll make an impact:

• Collaborate with lead consultants to provide outstanding support to our corporate clients.
• Take the lead in managing client accounts, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring their pension and employee benefit needs are met and exceeded.
• Organise and participate in governance meetings and create clear, engaging communications for employers and employees.
• Assist with pension scheme reviews, implementations, and ensure clients remain compliant with regulations while offering expert guidance on salary exchange and other benefits.

About you:

• Proven experience supporting Corporate or Defined Contribution clients or handling administration work.
• Solid understanding of auto‑enrolment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Organised, proficient in MS Office, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
