Our team specialises in delivering consultancy, secretarial, project, and technical services to clients, while also supporting internal teams, firm-wide projects, and focus groups.

5 years’ experience in delivering pension scheme client services .

- How you'll make an impact
- Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in collaboration with dedicated client teams.
- Coordinate and manage Trustee and client meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting packs, drafting and presenting reports, recording minutes, and tracking actions and decisions to completion.
- Maintain and enhance key governance documentation and policies, ensuring compliance with scheme governance requirements and supporting Trustee boards in meeting Effective System of Governance standards.
- Lead and support a variety of projects, ensuring timely delivery to clients and internal teams, while drafting and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Produce and present high-quality reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism for both internal and client audiences.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, with opportunities to contribute to new business tenders and proposals.
- Collaborate with the specialist consultancy team to deliver exceptional services and advice to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commit to personal growth and continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest pensions legislation and industry developments.
About You
- Proven expertise in pension scheme management, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
- Client-focused relationship management experience, showcasing excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
- In-depth understanding of pension scheme governance requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- A track record of collaborative success, working effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
