We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Pensions Outsourcing Practice. If you have expertise in Defined Benefits (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pensions administration, we invite you to lead our team. Your role will involve supporting occupational pension schemes, ensuring quality standards and service level targets are met, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

How you will make an impact:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and participate in trustee and client meetings.
  • Provide experienced advice on pension queries and stay informed on industry developments.
  • Address errors and complaints, implementing effective solutions.
  • Encourage and support team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Lead all aspects of pensioner payrolls and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct internal audits and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

About You:

  • Experience with DB, DC, CARE, or Hybrid pension schemes is highly valued.
  • QPA or PMI qualifications are beneficial but not crucial.
  • At least 2 years in a Principal/Senior Administrator or Deputy Team Lead role.
  • Experience in pension scheme administration and complex calculations.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships.
