Overview

Are you passionate about Underwriting and servicing property & casualty accounts? How you\’ll make an impact

  • Primarily manage renewal business with occasional new business opportunities. Handle rating and adjustment inquiries, and address claims cover requests while adhering to our service standards.
  • Achieve targets across key metrics, including maintaining a healthy renewal retention rate.
  • Engage with brokers during renewal negotiations, always seeking opportunities to promote our product range.
  • Collaborate with our accounts team to resolve any financial queries.
  • Utilise your analytical skills to provide statistics on complex cases.
  • Detect and assess both \’standard\’ and \’non-standard\’ risks.

About You

Technical Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in Property, Casualty, and Liability insurance products.

Experience and Skills:

  • Working towards or aware of CII/Dip CII qualification
  • Strong understanding of general insurance, legal principles, and practices, particularly in the London Market/Lloyd’s.
  • Experience in underwriting and servicing accounts, with the ability to handle claim queries effectively.
  • Proficient in extracting and synthesizing information from diverse sources, with a focus on client renewals and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of numeracy and literacy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with initiative and dedication.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and compassionate, fitting seamlessly into our team and delivering first-class service to clients.
