Are you someone who is looking to embark on your career in an office environment with a company that encourages growth and progression? You will be known internally as a Claims Administrator where you will provide administration support to the claims handling teams. Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will work 37.5 hours between those times. To support your career progression, we will also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) or a professional legal qualification!
You will be responsible for setting up claims on the system and communicating with third parties and third-party insurers to gather information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making telephone calls to clients, third parties and third-party insurers
- Opening claims on the case management system and conducting initial enquiries
- Working within and supporting the team to achieve and maintain full compliance with office protocols, service level agreements and key performance indicators
