Overview

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our Retail division!

This position provides an excellent opportunity to influence and improve our Regulatory Reporting processes within a dynamic and growing environment, where automation, precision, and analytical insight are paramount. You will be tasked with producing high-quality reports for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), while ensuring that our control environment evolves in line with regulatory changes and business expansion.

How you\’ll make an impact

  • Own the preparation, coordination, and analysis of data for submission of regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Consumer Duty principles, applying them optimally in all aspects of the role
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, encouraging effective communication and collaboration across the organisation
  • Apply straightforward and robust levels of Governance and controls in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong links with our Retail Business and Central functions to ensure key business partners are included in all operational decisions
  • Work collaboratively to ensure team objectives are met and contribute to a cohesive working environment
  • Commit to ongoing personal development and support the education and development of colleagues within the team

About you

  • Prior experience in collating Regulatory reports within the Insurance or Financial Services industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyse sophisticated data
  • Proficient in using Excel, Power Point and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively and collaboratively with all colleagues and collaborators
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and plan your own workload in a fast-paced working environment
  • A strong team contributor who can also thrive on solo projects supporting problem solving and developing creative solutions
  • Attention to detail to recognise potential issues and innovative ways of working
  • Eligible to work in the UK
