Interim Finance Systems Project Lead – Phinsys ImplementationLondon/HybridRate: TBCIR35 Status TBCArthur is supporting an insurance business seeking an experienced Project Lead for a six-month assignment, taking ownership of the final stages of its Phinsys implementation.This is a hands-on delivery role covering sequential and parallel runs, testing, issue resolution and implementation. You will work closely with finance, external delivery partners and the software provider to maintain momentum and prepare the business for transition onto the new solution.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the implementation delivery plan.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and outstanding issues.
- Coordinate finance, technical teams and external suppliers, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery.
- Support testing, reconciliations, controls and reporting reviews.
- Identify readiness gaps and drive issues through to resolution.
- Provide clear progress updates and escalto senior stakeholders.
Your background
- Proven experience leading complex transformation or systems implementation projects.
- Practical experience managing testing, issue remediation and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Finance systems, financial reporting and insurance experience would be particularly relevant.
- Previous Phinsys implementation experience would be advantageous.
