We are assisting a Syndicate with an exclusive search to find them a Reserving Actuary to join their team in London. This is a newly created position due to team performance, business growth, and on-going projects. It reports into the highly experienced Reserving Manager and will sit between them and the analysts.
The work is Lloyd's and internationally focused for reserving transformation, decision making, process efficiency, and BAU work, which makes it a varied role with lots of value-add opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Lloyd's reserving experience and either nearly qualified, or qualified by experience. ResQ and PowerBI experience would be highly beneficial, but for our client, it's the breadth and depth of reserving experience combined with communication abilities and culture fit that they hold with the highest regard.
This is a London-based role which will require you to be in the office 3 days a week and our client can only consider UK based candidates with full working rights.
