We are supporting a Syndicate that due to growth and performance, is hiring an Actuarial Analyst, which is a new headcount. This role will report into a Senior Actuary, have exposure to the Chief Actuary, and work closely with the underwriters.
What makes this role stand out is that it covers all 3 functions (reserving, capital and pricing), will work across all lines of business, and is in a company where the actuaries are highly valued and respected.
Our client is seeking a part qualified actuarial analyst with 1 - 2 years of experience within general insurance, with a preference for Lloyd's experience. Communication skills are highly important for this position and they are also seeking someone who welcomes change, is self‑motivated, and has either an interest or prior experience in AI / ML / Python modelling.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week and our client can only consider UK based individuals with full working rights.
