A newly created senior role is available for a Personal Lines Pricing Manager within a newly formed Pricing & Analytics team, designed to centralise and strengthen pricing capabilities. This is for a UK-based specialist underwriting business focused on motor and home insurance that operates as part of a larger global insurance group. It offers a range of niche consumer and commercial products, including standard and non-standard cover, and generates over £300 million in annual gross written premium. Backed by increased investment, the pricing team will play a key role in supporting future business growth.
With more than six decades of experience, the company has grown steadily by combining responsive service, underwriting expertise, and strong broker distribution partnerships. Its performance and reputation have been recognised through multiple industry awards and consistently high ratings in broker surveys over several consecutive years.
The role focuses on developing, implementing, and refining pricing strategies across personal lines products. It is hands-on and closely integrated with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to ensure pricing is competitive, compliant, and aligned with commercial goals.
