I am partnering with a growing London Market insurance broker to recruit a Head of Broker Support at Director level to establish and lead a newly created technical broking support function. Reporting to the COO, you will build and manage a new team, implement efficient processes, and drive operational improvements that enable brokers to focus on clients and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of the technical broking support function and operating model.
- Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Oversee policy administration, endorsements, renewals and premium adjustments.
- Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Broking, Operations and Technology.
- Manage the transition of technical responsibilities into the new function.
