Based at home, you will workone day a weekalongside the team in the company’sCheshire office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the UK
- Conduct in-depth market research, identifying new business opportunities and tracking the competitive landscape
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer analysis to proposal development and contract negotiation
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver optimal customer solutions
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Provide technical product support and develop tailored solutions for client needs
Candidate Requirements
- Scientific background, preferably in cosmetic technologies
- Proven B2B sales experience in personal care ingredients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and analytical capabilities
- Happy to travel nationally
