We are looking for a capable and adaptable Operations professional to provide maternity cover with an innovative global beauty brand. In this fast-paced role, you’ll hit the ground running, quickly picking up systems, managing end-to-end inventory and optimising performance.

Working full-time in the central London office, this role is perfect if you thrive on collaboration with talented colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee regional inbound movement and warehouse operations efficiently.
2. Coordinate outbound team to ensure timely processing and accurate delivery tracking.
3. Ensure accurate, timely allocation and fulfilment through enterprise resource planning systems.
4. Generate comprehensive analytics tracking sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
5. Manage complex logistics, routing requirements, and distribution documentation for clients.
6. Contribute to cross-functional projects to optimise sales opportunities and manage stock levels.
7. Maintain tracking and systematic verification across multiple inventory platforms.
8. Investigate customer claims and conduct periodic physical inventory assessments.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A record of success at senior level in Operations, including forecasting and demand planning.
2. Experience in the retail sector is essential, ideally within Beauty or FMCG.
3. Success in project management, reacting positively to changing plans and priorities.
4. Confident communicating complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Additional languages are an advantage.
