Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic retail partnerships to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Analyse market trends to identify actionable insights
- Create investment strategies, using commercial levers and maximising P&L performance
- Secure successful product launches and promotional activities with key retail partners
- Monitor sales performance and develop solutions to close gaps
- Collaborate with supply chain, NPD, and marketing teams on integrated business planning
