Thriving on collaboration, the team works on-site 3 days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate packaging projects to deliver the NPD/EPD pipeline, meeting key milestones throughout development, testing, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Ops, Product Development, Marketing) and external partners to source new packaging concepts.
- Analyse packaging solutions, develop testing plans, and conduct trials to ensure all packaging is efficient and meets the highest standards.
- Regularly review existing packaging to identify and implement improvements across the portfolio.
- Provide a key point of contact for all packaging enquiries, communicating options and risks with stakeholders, and driving resolution.
- Apply organisational objectives and strategic frameworks to all packaging decisions and solutions.
