Temporary Part Time Payroll Administrator (Maternity Cover) Β£13.50 per hour. Part Time. Temporary (Maternity Cover) 24-30 Hours per week. Minimum of 3 days per week but we can be flexible in hours/days worked.
To be accountable for administration of the payroll function, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction is maintained to a high level.
- Payroll Administration.
- Calculating elements of salaries such as statutory sick pay.
- Administration of T&A system and training.
- Improve management T&A capabilities by analysing trends and provide training where required.
- Collate and produce reporting data as required.
- Consolidate all payroll data ready for outsourced provider.
- To ensure legal compliance is maintained when changes are implemented.
- Provide requested or additional payroll information relevant to Senior Management for action or improvements.
- Support People Team administrators where required.

Education, Skills And Work Experience Requirements
- Experience of using Payroll Software.
- Experience working in an inhouse payroll department.
- Problem Solving.
- Communication, both written & verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Programmes).
- Evidence of a good standard of education, including GCSE's in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9/A*-C) or equivalent.
Work Authorisation
