Responsibilities
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication to deal efficiently and professionally with customers.
- Support the team in living the core values of Teamwork, Respect, Customer Service, Quality and Excellence.
- Thrive under pressure, have a thirst for learning and a keen eye for detail.
- Product knowledge is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training from the Customer Excellence team and the wider Arthur David family.
- Use IT programmes (e.g., Microsoft Office) and maintain proficient keyboard skills.
- Ensure attendance and ability to travel to Bishop Sutton without relying on public transport.

Requirements
- You’ll need an excellent standard of IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent keying skills are a necessity.
- Working knowledge of fresh produce is an advantage although not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience (preferred): Call centre: 1 year, Customer service: 1 year, Data Entry: 1 year.
- Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
- Ability To Commute/Relocate: Bishop Sutton, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
