Are you confident taking orders over the phone; where you would be expected to receive in excess of 100 calls a day and be able to communicate effectively with customers using e-mail and web chat.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • An ability to use initiative and have attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate an aptitude for resolving customer challenges & delivering a positive outcome.
  • Knowledge of, or experience of a Customer Service and sales is desirable.

Experience

Experience gained in a Customer service environment would be fantastic, however if you are confident you possess the skills & behaviours to deliver a great service, that is all you need.

You’ll need a good standard of IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Efficient keying skills are a strong advantage.

Product knowledge is not essential as you’ll receive top notch training, have the support from our wider team, and excellent tools to help you through your shift.

That said; a passion, interest or experience in `Food produce’ would be a great start.
