We are seeking a Customer Quality and Error Controller to join our team at Arthur David Food with Service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality.
Responsibilities:
- Record all checks carried following the system directed by the management team. This may be paperwork or electronic.
- Carry out checks on complete orders for all customers on the QC list.
- Carry out random checks on Loaders/Pickers or Customers based on trends.
- Carry out checks on complete vans.
- Carry out investigations into Errors and follow up with any required actions.
- Report any anomalies identified during QC checks immediately to the relevant supervisor or manager and take actions when required.
- Quarantine any stock which does not meet the standards required and communicate to the relevant buying team.

- Physically fit
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team

- To be able to work to tight deadlines.
