Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and articulate these in client proposals to set out how we can provide value adding assistance.
- Provide clear, focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving client problems.
- Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage in business development activities to further grow our business (supporting our Partners).
- Build relationships beyond project assignments and support/develop opportunities for future business.
- Support growth of the Risk & Resilience practice by collaborating and supporting our other practices (particularly industry practices such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications).
- Support the development and marketing of leading edge value propositions.
Qualifications
- Substantial risk management experience in commercial organisations, preferably with consulting experience (delivery, sales support).
- Knowledge of at least one industry sector such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications.
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment.
- Knowledge of application of AI techniques would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in another language is an advantage such as Arabic, Cantonese, French or Spanish.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings.
