In the UK, the combined Performance and Resilience team is expanding to support both UK and international clients. The Role
ADL is looking for an experienced Consultant to support capability development within the UK and deliver Operational and Supply Chain improvement. Ideal candidates will have a track record in Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain strategy and performance improvement across Industrial, Manufacturing and Transportation sectors, and will focus on project delivery, client support and internal team projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and translate them into workable solutions
- Provide rigorous analysis from relevant and accurate datasets to drive fact‑based decision making
- Work with Partners, Managers and Principals to deliver great client outcomes and achieve project margins for ADL
- Support scoping of new client opportunities and assist in developing pitches and proposals
- Work within a team environment, commit to achieving solutions, and help develop the wider practice and team members
- Bring a strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering pragmatic solutions for clients
- Contribute to impactful thought leadership for business development, engagement delivery, and marketing to build ADL’s profile
- Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills and present robust, evidence‑based messages creatively
- Develop and produce high‑quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience including delivery of Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain projects (at least two of these)
- Relevant project and sector experience to allow you to hit the ground running
- At least a 2.1 Honours degree

- Track record of delivering relevant projects
