Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and articulate these in client proposals to set out how we can provide value adding assistance.
  • Provide clear, focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving client problems.
  • Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage in business development activities to further grow our business (supporting our Partners).
  • Build relationships beyond project assignments and support/develop opportunities for future business.
  • Support growth of the Risk & Resilience practice by collaborating and supporting our other practices (particularly industry practices such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications).
  • Support the development and marketing of leading edge value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Substantial risk management experience in commercial organisations, preferably with consulting experience (delivery, sales support).
  • Knowledge of at least one industry sector such as Travel & Transport, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing or Telecommunications.
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment.
  • Knowledge of application of AI techniques would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in another language is an advantage such as Arabic, Cantonese, French or Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings.
