Salary: Thurrock Band A Point 1 - 6 (£16,858.17 - £18,043.82 per annum)

30 hours 25 minutes per week

Monday - Friday 8:25am - 3:00pm (30 min unpaid break)

37 weeks of the year - term time only

Arthur Bugler Primary School wishes to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who has a good understanding of child development and learning and would be willing to support children with both their physical and academic needs. You will have a passion for working with pupils and assisting them on their journey. You will need to understand the subjects that you support the children in, be able to demonstrate a fair attitude and apply rules consistently as well as be confident in adjusting learning programs to meet the child’s needs. You will be resilient, hardworking and have excellent de-escalation skills.
