Person Specification * Experienced in all aspects of press and shear tool manufacture, maintenance and fault-finding. * Experience working with CNC and manual machinery, including surface grinding, milling, turning, fixturing and wire EDM. * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work accurately to specified tolerances. * Well organised, multi-skilled, self-motivated and professional. * Good timekeeping and attendance. * Able to take responsibility for achieving individual objectives as well as contributing to team objectives. * Able to prioritise workload and work effectively to tight deadlines and under pressure. * Computer literate, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate records. * Excellent attention to detail, with accuracy and quality being paramount. * Able to communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude. * Willing to develop existing skills and learn new equipment and machining methods. * Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide evidence of the right to work.
