Imaging Sales Specialist – Arthrex UK
Arthrex is a fast‑growing medical device company specialising in sports medicine and other areas such as distal extremities, endoscopy and biologics.
The Job
The Imaging Sales Specialist will drive growth across Arthrex’s imaging portfolio outside orthopaedics within the designated region, focusing on endoscopic imaging solutions for Colorectal, ENT, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, and Thoracic Surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share for Arthrex imaging products within the assigned region.
- Achieve or exceed regional imaging sales targets and budgets.
- Identify, develop, and manage imaging sales projects to complement ongoing initiatives.
- Penetrate untapped and challenging accounts to expand the sales pipeline and increase market share.
- Deliver a consultative, solution‑based sales approach throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with other Imaging Sales Specialists on strategic projects.
- Provide insights and contribute to the overall imaging team strategy through strong field knowledge.
- Work strategically to grow Arthrex’s endoscopy brand presence and adoption across targeted specialties.
Education & Professional Experience
- Degree in medical, anatomy, sciences, physiotherapy or technology (beneficial).
- Minimum of 2 years in surgical endoscopy medical sales.
- Demonstrable track record of opening, winning and forging long‑term partnerships in capital equipment medical device sales.
- Exceptional sales abilities across the whole sales cycle.
- Deep understanding of the surgical endoscopy market segment dynamics.
- Clear and crisp messaging to reports, team and stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Up to date with HepB vaccinations for theatre access.
Working Arrangements
Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) with occasional weekend work.
Compensation and Benefits
