About the role
No two days will look alike. As Inclusion & Outcomes Delivery Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on programme that touches every part of the organisation — from studio sessions and community activities to volunteer coordination and funder reporting. You’ll work directly alongside artists, instructors, families and volunteers, making sure everyone is safe, supported and able to thrive. You’ll oversee safeguarding, personal support and wellbeing for artists, manage consent in line with the Mental Capacity Act, and act as a key liaison for families, providers and external professionals. At the same time, you’ll build and maintain outcomes monitoring systems that capture the real impact of this work — helping to secure the charity’s long-term sustainability and growth.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will span four key areas:
- Artist support & inclusion: You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of the inclusion programme across studio, retail and community settings. This means coordinating personal care, medication support, emotional wellbeing and communication assistance — always ensuring artists are included, informed and empowered. You’ll manage the Inclusion Lead and a network of volunteers across sessions, the shop and events. This includes recruitment, induction, day-to-day supervision and making sure everyone is working in line with safeguarding expectations. You’ll be the key point of contact for families, guardians and external support teams — building trusted relationships, managing communications about placements and wellbeing, and supporting the onboarding of new artists.
- Outcomes & impact reporting: You’ll develop systems to record and evidence artist progression, and contribute to reports for funders, donors and stakeholders that bring the charity’s impact to life.
