Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery of Temporary Works projects (e.g. propping, formwork, excavations, temporary structures)
  • Provide best-value construction support and engineering solutions
  • Act as a client-facing lead for bids, tenders, and new opportunities
  • Manage projects ensuring financial, HSE, and technical compliance
  • Support and develop team members, driving high performance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
  • Lead Temporary Works forum engagement and contribute to ICE training activities

About You

  • Associate-level role requiring strong technical expertise
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proven track record in delivering temporary works projects
  • Ability to work with technical autonomy
  • Experience managing a diverse project portfolio
  • Comfortable working within a growing Civil and Structural Engineering team

Qualifications

  • A degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Chartered membership of ICE or IStructE, or evidence of equivalent experience and capability
