Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of Temporary Works projects (e.g. propping, formwork, excavations, temporary structures)
- Provide best-value construction support and engineering solutions
- Act as a client-facing lead for bids, tenders, and new opportunities
- Manage projects ensuring financial, HSE, and technical compliance
- Support and develop team members, driving high performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
- Lead Temporary Works forum engagement and contribute to ICE training activities
About You
- Associate-level role requiring strong technical expertise
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proven track record in delivering temporary works projects
- Ability to work with technical autonomy
- Experience managing a diverse project portfolio
- Comfortable working within a growing Civil and Structural Engineering team
Qualifications
- A degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Chartered membership of ICE or IStructE, or evidence of equivalent experience and capability
