The Opportunity
ArthaNova is quietly building a next-generation protocol to rewire the foundations of global credit. Our mission is to bring greater liquidity, transparency, and programmable trust to private debt markets—starting with institutional lending and expanding into broader payment and asset ecosystems. We’re targeting the $20T+ credit and payments sector with a model that blends the rigour of traditional finance with the power of digital assets and decentralised infrastructure. Our ambition is to create a system that’s not only technically advanced, but also policy-aware, interoperable, and built to scale.
We are now inviting a small number of Strategic Co-Founders to shape this from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for seasoned professionals to bring deep domain expertise to a project designed for long-term relevance and global impact. As a Co-Founder, you’ll receive equity in the company. There is no cash salary during the initial build phase, but some Co-Founders may transition into salaried leadership roles post-funding.
Whether you’re a former central banker, structured credit veteran, fintech pioneer, or crypto native with protocol design experience—you’ll be collaborating with others at the top of their fields to craft a new architecture for programmable credit.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re assembling Co-Founders across eight strategic pillars:
- Institutional Lending & Tokenisation: Syndicated lending leaders, structured credit veterans, or balance sheet architects to define token frameworks and drive onboarding.
- Investor Adoption & Auction Mechanisms: Ex-PMs, traders, or market designers to shape price discovery and risk allocation in digital capital markets.
- Token Economics & Credit Modelling: Economists or quants (CeFi/DeFi) to design incentive systems aligned with collateral performance and macro resilience.
- Central Bank Strategy & Fiat Integration: Ex-central bankers or cross-border payments executives to lead public-sector engagement and fiat integration.
- Regulatory Architecture & Global Expansion: Senior regulators or compliance experts to build a platform ready for both institutional and retail adoption.
- Protocol Architecture & Security: CTOs or smart contract architects from DeFi/stablecoin platforms to design for security, scale, and transparency.
- Credit Derivatives & Secondary Markets: Structured credit or CDS innovators to create synthetic credit and liquid secondary market frameworks.
- Payment Integration & Embedded Finance: Fintech BD leaders from global payments or embedded platforms to drive wallet utility and real-world rails.
