We're looking for an experienced Head Barista/Supervisor to lead the floor at our Redchurch Street site – a specialty coffee and matcha destination built around craft, quality, and a fast‑paced grab‑and‑go energy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead daily floor operations – opening/closing, shift coordination, and maintaining our quality and service standards.
  • Train and support the wider team on coffee and matcha preparation, ensuring consistency across every drink.
  • Own day‑to‑day food safety and hygiene standards in line with our FSMS.
  • Step in for stock checks and basic ordering support alongside our supervisor team.
  • Be the senior presence on shift – handling customer issues, team questions, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
  • Help maintain the energy and standards that make Shoreditch our flagship site.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid barista experience, ideally with specialty coffee background.
  • Matcha knowledge a strong plus (training provided if not).
  • Previous supervisory or shift‑lead experience.
  • Comfortable running a site independently – calm under pressure, decisive, hands‑on.
  • Genuine interest in coffee/matcha craft, not just service.
  • Reliable, takes ownership, communicates clearly with the team and owners.
