Votre mission (si vous l’acceptez) :
- Réaliser l'audit et l’analyse des infrastructures de téléphonie existantes (Cisco CUCM, Webex, gateways SIP, etc.)
- Piloter la migration des services de téléphonie vers Microsoft Teams (Teams Phone, routage d’appels, portabilité des numéros)
- Configurer et intégrer les SBC (AudioCodes, Ribbon...) pour le direct routing vers Microsoft Teams
- Déployer et valider les équipements compatibles Teams (casques, téléphones IP, salles de réunion)
- Assurer le support niveau expert sur les incidents voix, collaboration et outils de communication unifiée
- Maintenir l’infrastructure UC en conditions opérationnelles, incluant la supervision et les mises à jour
- Participer à la rédaction de documentation technique et à la formation des équipes internes
- Accompagner le changement auprès des utilisateurs et piloter les phases de recette et de transition fonctionnelle
Le terrain de jeu ? Infrastructures de communication unifiée : Cisco CUCM, Webex, Microsoft Teams, téléphonie IP, Direct Routing. Matériels périphériques : téléphones IP, casques, équipements de salles Teams Rooms, passerelles audio/vidéo. Réseau voix et temps réel : protocoles SIP, SBC (AudioCodes, Ribbon), qualité de service (QoS), flux RTP. Environnement Microsoft : Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, M365 E5, politiques de voix Teams. Outils d’administration et supervision : ServiceNow, outils de monitoring qualité d’appel, analyse de logs SIP.
Vous, notre perle rare : Titulaire d’un diplôme/titre de niveau Bac+5 en informatique, vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 années dans l'ingénierie réseau / Télécom. Si vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens du service, ce poste est parfait pour vous !
Rémunération : 500 - 550€/j (Selon votre expertise).
