Artemis is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at the Pear Tree venue in Purton. The successful candidate will need to be self‑motivated, remain calm under pressure, and have a genuine passion for producing high‑quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Artemis is a company that is proud to provide the finest quality, modern British food and drink to high‑end clients, across 15 beautiful privately owned estates around the UK. Pear Tree is situated in a 400‑year‑old former vicarage in the heart of Wiltshire.
The must haves
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- A passion for cooking.
- A proven track record, with good references to support your CV.
- Good communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.
- Own transport is essential due to the location.
- Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are kept, and maintain a clean environment.
- Follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package (full training given).
- Day‑to‑day reporting to the Head Chef/Sous Chef; respond to emails.
- Use Checkit (full training given).
