Start date - July 2026. Artemis are looking for a Commis chef to join our team at our Bassmead Manor Barns Wedding venue in the Bedfordshire countryside. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential.

The must haves:
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
- A passion for cooking.
- A proven track record, with good references to support your CV.
- Good communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.
- Own transport is essential due to the location.
- Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are kept.
- Maintaining a clean environment.
- To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given).
- Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef.
- Responding to emails.
- Using Checkit (full training given).
