Responsibilities:
- Visit checks ahead of showrounds.
- Arrange venue decor through recommended suppliers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by conducting show‑rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours to provide a seamless and engaging experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the services provided by Blackwell Grange & Artemis.
- Complete the follow‑up process with every couple post‑visit.
- Strive to reach monthly sales targets.
- Arrange showcase and first‑look events for the venue, including leading staff meetings, paperwork, and supplier decor arrangement.
- Onboard all confirmed weddings and arrange welcome‑back meetings with each confirmed couple.
- Professionally hand over the couple to the events team after each welcome‑back meeting, providing all gathered wedding information.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager/General Manager to discuss the previous and upcoming week of show‑rounds, conversions, and targets.
- Arrange sweet treats with the chef and cocktails with the bar manager for every show‑round, meeting, and event day.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Sales – minimum 2 years (required).
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required).
