Join Our Exceptional Events Team! Artemis are looking for an energetic, proactive Evening Manager to become a key part of our operations team based at Clock Barn. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced events environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and loves ensuring everything runs smoothly.
As a pivotal member of the events team, you'll oversee the event during evening operations, support every department, and ensure our weddings, events and guests receive an unforgettable service. If you're organised, confident, and passionate about hospitality, you'll fit right in.

Known for delivering outstanding food, drink and service, our team helps couples and guests create lifelong memories. Key Responsibilities
- Act as Duty Manager for evening operations.
- Support all departments including events, bar and kitchen.
- Complete evening reports and contribute to weekly operations meetings.
- Assist guests with any queries or issues during events.
- Ensure the venue always looks immaculate during an event.
- Carry out stock takes for F&B items and place supplier orders.
- Help prepare spaces for upcoming events.
- Assist with the catering at showrounds and open events.
- Participate in deep cleaning across departments to uphold venue standards.
What We're Looking For
- A confident, organised, and proactive hospitality professional.
- Experience in events, hotels, or hospitality management roles (preferred but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural focus on guest satisfaction.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable with basic systems and reporting.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the venue's location.
