Responsibilities include day-to-day management of your venue kitchen, from food preparation and service to ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. You will follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package (full training given). Responsibilities also include managing your kitchen team, rota planning, and holidays, daily ordering from suppliers, and monthly stock takes. You will work within our food and staffing budgets to maintain financial standards and report regularly to the Group Executive Head Chef, with day-to-day reports to the General Manager. Management of Checkit (full training given) is also required.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to kitchen management, demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, providing for 100+ covers using fresh ingredients, along with a strong background in food-led establishments, is required.
