Job type: Full time, Permanent. Working 5 days over 7 to a 40-hour week. Weekend work is essential.

£26,580 base salary - plus uncapped monthly sales commission.

Location: Manchester Road (A34), Hulme Walfield, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 2JH.

The Welcome Team Manager at Sandhole Oak Barn is responsible for the following:

  • Visit checks ahead of showrounds.
  • Arranging venue decor through recommended suppliers.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours, providing a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge on the services Sandhole Oak Barn & Artemis provides.
  • Completing the follow-up process with every couple post visit.
  • Striving to reach monthly sales targets.
  • Arranging Showcase and First look events for the venue including leading staff meetings, paperwork, and supplier decor arrangement.
  • Onboarding all confirmed weddings and arranging welcome back meetings with every confirmed couple.
  • Following the welcome back meeting, professionally handing over the couple to the events team including all wedding information gathered from the couple.
  • Weekly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager/General Manager to discuss the previous and upcoming week of show rounds, conversions, and targets.
  • Arranging sweet treats with the chef and cocktails with the bar manager for every show round, meeting, and event day.
