Artemis are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our newly refurbished kitchen at our Sandhole Oak barn venue in Cheshire. You will need to be self‑motivated, calm under pressure with a passion for cooking the finest food using fresh ingredients.

The must haves:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • A passion for cooking.
  • A proven track record, with good references to support your CV.
  • Good communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the UK.

What will my responsibilities include?

  • Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are kept.
  • Maintaining a clean environment.
  • To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given).
  • Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Using Checkit (full training given).
