Artemis is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the busy wedding venue kitchen at Bassmead Manor Barns, Staploe, St Neots. The role requires self-motivation, calm under pressure and a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.
Responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef, following HACCP policies, and managing duties for 100+ covers. 5 days out of 7 with immediate start. Checkit training provided.
