At Brookfield Barn, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, high-end wedding experiences surrounded by countryside views and oak-framed architecture. We’re looking for an energetic, warm, and highly organized Morning & Events Supervisor to be the welcoming face of our venue during peak operational hours. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Memorable Mornings: Prepare and serve breakfast for overnight wedding guests, ensuring a relaxed, premium end to their stay.
  • Welcome the Couple: Be the first point of contact for incoming brides, grooms, and bridal parties—setting a seamless, calm, and exciting tone for their big day.
  • Coordinate On-Site Teams & Suppliers: Assist florists, photographers, and hair/makeup teams on arrival while guiding room turnarounds with housekeeping.
  • Venue Presentation: Keep our barn, suites, and lakeside grounds looking immaculate before guests arrive.
  • Event Execution: Extend your shift on key event days to support ceremony setups, welcome drinks, and floor coordination alongside the Event Management team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced: 1+ years in hospitality supervision, boutique hotels, or event venues.
  • People First: Extremely welcoming, empathetic, and calm under pressure—able to deliver 5-star service to excited couples and morning guests alike.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—from a misaligned napkin to a missing table sign.
  • Flexible: Comfortable with early morning starts, weekend working, and variable shift patterns on event days.
  • Location: Due to our rural location, having reliable transport/a valid driving license is essential.
