Artemis are looking for passionate kitchen porter at Sandhole Oak Barn, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team.
Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, with a strong background in food led establishments.
Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
- Experience preferred but training will be provided
- Own transport due to remote location
- Some commercial kitchen experience
Responsibilities
- Report to the Chef/ Manager on duty and assist to ensure a smooth running of the event
- Operating automated dishwasher
- Hand wash and sanitising large kitchen prep items
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment & surfaces
- Some lone working
- H&S - training will be given
- Food Hygiene – training will be given
