Reporting Line: The Production Placement will report directly to the Director of eFoiler Production.
LOCATION/BASE: You will be working at our location in the Titanic Quarter: Unit 1 Oakbank, Channel Park, Queens Road, Belfast BT3 9DT.
Role Overview: The purpose of this placement is to provide practical exposure to the production environment at Artemis Technologies, supporting the manufacturing and assembly of innovative maritime technology while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist production teams with day-to-day assembly and manufacturing tasks under supervision. Support preparation of materials, tools, and equipment for production activities. Observe and contribute to build processes, including sub-assembly and component fitting.
- Quality and Safety: Follow all company health & safety procedures and guidelines at all times. Support basic quality checks and inspections as directed. Report any safety concerns or defects to supervisors.
- Logistics and Organisation: Assist with stock management, including organising parts and materials. Support inventory checks and movement of components within the production area. Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with 5S or similar standards.
- Learning and Development: Gain an understanding of production workflows, engineering processes, and manufacturing standards. Shadow experienced team members across different production stages. Participate in any briefings, toolbox talks, or learning sessions provided.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on processes from a fresh perspective. Support simple process improvement tasks or documentation updates where appropriate.

Remuneration: Artemis Technologies Ltd offers a competitive salary commensurate to the successful candidate’s experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
