We're working with an established and successful FMCG manufacturer seeking a talented Packaging Technologist to join its team at its Peterborough manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of packaging development projects, working across new product development (NPD), packaging innovation and manufacturing to deliver high-quality, commercially viable packaging solutions. Whether your background is in Beauty, Personal Care, Food, Beverage or another packaging-related manufacturing sector, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need to come from the Beauty or Personal Care industry. Relevant packaging development experience gained within Food, Beverage, FMCG or other manufacturing sectors will be equally welcomed. We're also happy to hear from ambitious packaging professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. What's on Offer? * Salary: £35,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience. * Permanent, full-time position. * 37.5-hour working week. * Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 5.15pm. * Friday: 9.00am – 4.00pm. * Some flexibility around working hours. * Company pension scheme. * 20 days' annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service, plus bank holidays. * Opportunity to work on varied packaging development and NPD projects. * A collaborative manufacturing environment where your technical expertise and ideas can make a real difference.
