Join a leading FMCG manufacturer dedicated to innovation and efficiency in packaging. Your Role: Maintain and repair high-speed production machinery to minimise downtime. Conduct planned maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns. Specify, order, and install spare parts and equipment. Fabricate and implement improvements to production processes. Maintain accurate service records and liaise effectively with other departments. What You’ll Need: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read mechanical drawings. Experience in mechanical fault finding; electrical knowledge is a bonus. At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment. City & Guilds qualification or equivalent. Personal Attributes: Reliable, flexible, and organised with a proactive approach. Strong communicator with a can-do attitude. Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
